In addition to our service center repair and local field service repair, JUST-N-TIME now offers a third choice to our customers that have an immediate job, only one engraving machine or not located in Southern California. Remote telephone diagnostic support is available now to save you, our customer, both time & money. Using our experience in diagnosing and evaluating failures,a few minutes on the telephone can return your machine back to service, sometimes immediately, if not the following day. A $150.00 annual fee provides diagnostic telephone time to isolate the problem and provide a remedy for the repair. This covers any or all the Dahlgren machines you may have.
